Stephen Rosenhek has been a chartered accountant since 1986 and a bankruptcy trustee since 1992. He is a Co-managing Partner of the Montréal office of RSM Richter, one of the largest independent accounting, business advisory and consulting firms in Canada. In that capacity, he heads the firm’s Financial Advisory Services Division.

Mr. Rosenhek is highly regarded in Canada and the United States as a financial reorganization, turnaround and restructuring consultant. He has provided in-depth expertise to companies in many sectors, including manufacturing, capital equipment, transportation and entertainment. He is frequently asked by financial institutions and equity sponsors to speak on corporate finance.
