Biographical notes
Mr. Richard J. Renaud is a chartered accountant. He has worked actively in the private investment industry in Canada and the Unites States for over 30 years and has dealt with companies in the manufacturing, financial services and information technologies sectors. He is currently the Chairman of the Board of TNG Corporation, a member of many corporate boards of directors as well as the board of governors and the executive committee of Montreal’s Concordia University.
