With over 20 years of accounting and financial management experience, Jean-Jacques Carrier is acknowledged for his strategic vision and for the key role he has played in a number of investment and divestment projects in industrial and technology sectors. 

A member of the Ordre des comptables agréés du Québec, Mr. Carrier was also a member of the Accounting Standards Board of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants from 1993 to 1996.
