Profile 
Mtre Paquet practiced business law for 15 years before joining SGF's legal department in 1996. In his practice, he has been involved in many commercial transactions, including the negotiation of license agreements, business acquisitions and public offerings.

Mtre Paquet is Member of the Quebec Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association and the Canadian Corporate Counsel Association. 

Education
Bachelor degree in law and master's degree in business administration from Laval University (Quebec City).
Master's degree in international commercial law, University of Toronto.

Mtre Paquet has been holding his current functions at SGF since April 2002.
