S.A.M. Electron Technologies is completing the setup of a vitamin K3 production line in Shawinigan. Vitamin K3 is developed for the animal feed market; it assists with the coagulation of blood and bone growth. The vitamin K3 produced by S.A.M. Electron Technologies uses no raw material that is potentially harmful to the environment, unlike the majority of the animal feed industry, which uses chrome sulfate in its processes.
