Domtar is a Canadian manufacturer of paper products with headquarters in Montréal.

Domtar is North America’s third-largest integrated maker and marketer of uncoated freesheet paper. The Papers segment accounts for 55% of Domtar’s consolidated sales, and produces business, commercial printing and publication papers. The company's eleven pulp and paper mills in North America have an annual production capacity of 2.3 million tons.

With operations in Ontario and Quebec, Domtar's Wood business makes and markets softwood dimensional lumber and woodbased value-added products; distributes imported lumber; and manages the company’s forest resources.

Domtar's packaging business is comprised of a 50% interest in Norampac, a joint venture with Cascades Inc., and accounts for approximately 13% of Domtar’s consolidated sales.
