Four of SGF’s business partners win Genesis Awards
Montréal, May 2, 2002 - The Société générale de financement du Québec (SGF) was very pleased to learn that four companies in SGF Santé’s portfolio were honoured at the prestigious Genesis Awards Gala in Montréal on April 30, 2002.
Theratechnologies, Andromed, Atrium Biotechnologies and Procrea Biosciences won the Life Sciences Entrepreneurship, Health Technology Entrepreneurship, Exports and Innovation awards respectively. The Genesis Awards draw attention to excellence in biotechnology, health technology and life sciences. They are presented to fast‑growing Québec‑based companies recognized for their promising results, research and development initiatives and the quality of their financial and strategic management.
SGF Santé is a subsidiary of the Société générale de financement du Québec (SGF). SGF’s mission is to carry out economic development projects in cooperation with partners and in accordance with accepted requirements for profitability.
